1. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience:

✅ Net Banking
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) – available for eligible pin codes

2. Payment Security

All online transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways.
We do not store any sensitive card or banking information on our servers.
Your financial data is handled as per industry-standard PCI-DSS compliance.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via Email and WhatsApp.
In case of any payment failure, your order will not be confirmed, and you may retry using a different payment method.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for selected pin codes only.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.
Repeated refusals or non-payments may result in COD being disabled for your future orders.

5. Refunds for Online Payments

If you cancel an order (before shipping) or return a product (as per our Return Policy), the refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, card, etc.) within 5–7 business days of approval.

6. Refunds for COD Orders

For returned COD orders, refunds will be processed via:
- UPI transfer
- Or Bank Transfer

You will be required to share your UPI ID or bank account details with our support team.

7. Payment-Related Issues

If your payment was deducted but the order is not confirmed, contact us immediately:
