At BJ Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests under the following conditions:

Return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Returns are only accepted for the following reasons:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective item
- Size mismatch (for applicable items)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Share:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photo or video of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and guide you through the return procedure.

Note: Reverse pickup is available in selected locations. In other cases, you may be asked to ship the product to our return address.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be Credit within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD):

We will initiate the refund via UPI or bank transfer. You’ll be asked to provide your UPI ID or bank details.

4. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product or size, please place a new order after the refund is processed.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned after delivery.
